Why GM Films? What makes me invaluable to your special day?

What sets me apart is my experience and my storytelling. I have been shooting video for several years creatively and professionally.  Every wedding is different and exciting and I take pride in myself for being able to adapt to tell each story uniquely. Anyone can capture beautiful images, but weaving beauty with feeling is what I want to give to my clients.

What is your editing process?

I shoot with three cameras and three sources of audio editing everything premiere. I always log footage to a safe external hard drive after it is shot. I tend to edit with emphasis on story and focusing on the importance of good audio, lighting and color. 

 

Do you provide a tentative time frame and turnaround time to your clients? 
After filming a wedding I can turn around a 3-4 minute highlight edit fairly soon, in 2-4 months I can edit a 30-40 minute raw edit of the day. I mail a DVD with the highlight edit and an included longer edit which has the full ceremony shot from multiple angles and audio sources, as well as the speeches, dances and any other memories you have requested I capture.

Do you also interview wedding guests?

Yes! I am happy to film and edit interview guests sending their best wishes to the bride and groom for the longer edit.

Sold! What are the steps to book your services?

In order to book my services I require a 50% deposit to save the date. This assures that my team and I are ready to go with all of our equipment on the big day. The remaining balance may be due the day of and/or when you receive the completed edits pertaining to the client. This may be when you receive the DVD and or a flash drive with the edits included.

Are we able to make any changes to the finished product?

For the highlight edit and longer raw edit I can include up to one complimentary revision of the footage. Any additional changes are available for an editing fee of $300/hour. Editing time can vary depending on the footage.
